So IT WAS HUEWAY and now 2 phones and Mac are total. !!! Virus created Safari mimic and other apps … all memory in phone could Be Clock app… nothing was as seems. Cannot start Wi-Fi and all apps are gone . Computer memory cannot be fixed: … If memory acts funky see app like safari is APPLE.. this came from China and sending data Inc. RSA crypted Forward.. I got 1 log —> 400gb. Send all pic to Apple .

If you are infected by malware, I strongly urge you to reset your Mac to be sure the malware is gone (back up first, but make sure your files are not infected). Click here for the steps to reset an Intel Mac without the T2 chip, and click here for the steps to reset a T2 or ARM (M1, M2, etc.) Mac.


If you are using an ARM Mac, you can go one step further and be EXTRA sure the malware is gone by wiping and flashing the device in DFU mode, as described here (press "Restore Mac..." when prompted to revive or restore). This will reinstall EVERYTHING on the Mac, even the bootloader. (You will need a second Mac for this. If you don't have one, the Apple Store staff can help you flash the device firmware.)


Note that all methods of resetting above will permanently delete all data on the Mac.
