I am using a laptop on Mac OS Monterey 12.7.6 and Mail version 16.00. Suddenly I cannot see a list of all my sent emails to check whether one I thought I had sent went out or not. I tried Mac help but was told they can only offer limited help as its a "vintage"? or "veteran"? laptop (2015 and working fine until now).

Do you not see the Sent folder at all, either under Favorites in Mail or under the mail account? Or do you see the Sent folder but can't see any messages in it? And who is your email provider?
