Voice control using most of my GPU, only way to fix restarting computer

Can you help? I constantly use voice control. The challenge is after a couple of hours of using it my computer slows down and checking the activity monitor seems to be using a large amount of GPU. The only way I can get my computer to work again efficiently is to restart the computer.

Has anybody else experienced this? If yes what have you tried to fix it? It would be great if I there is a way to restart the dictation. Based on some other suggestions I've tried using terminal but that hasn't helped.

I'm dyslexic and this is a real lifesaver for me so hard to do it without it. Look forward to hearing in any suggestions. I've also taken into the Apple Store and contacted support but all they've asked me to do is keep logs. I've submitted them but I haven't heard anything conclusive back

I just discovered how to fix this problem. Open activity monitor, identify the program that take you on a memory. Double click on it it will launch another screen which has the option to quit. I stumbled on it by mistake. If anybody from Apple's monitoring this can you let the support team know? I could only assume others are having this issue and it's a simple fix
