Sometimes the widgets show ONLY black. So I can’t see my widgets. And it was after my 15.8.3 iOS update. So what should I do?

Force a restart, and check again: If your iPad won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
Hold the third button press until the Apple logo, continuing to hold past any sliders that might appear.
You might also try deleting the widgets and re-adding them.
My widgets show black after iOS 15.8.3 update
