I have a new iPhone 16 Pro and have set it up from my older iPhone 13 Pro, which I have given to my husband. But we are having difficulties receiving emails. I have checked with my provider, who says there is nothing wrong and to contact Apple. Its quite likely that I have done or not done something vital to make it work. Can you help?
