I have been trying to download apps, and i cannot download and also the apps wont load once i try to downtown and click on it.

Many reports of App Store issues being reported, so may be an outage that will be resolved shortly. Currently the System Status page does not show a problem with the App Store, but does show a problem with Subscription Purchase. Check here for updates.
The App Store is currently down for a lot of users, and there are many systems down on Apple’s system pages. Keep an eye on that and try again later.
