Samsung app will play trailers and recaps but not shows

We have a virgin media 360 box and use apple tv app. All other apps play fine but apple tv plays only the recaps and trailers, but not the shows themselves. We have a paid account and can watch fine on mobile devices.

If the Apple TV app on your Samsung smart TV misbehaves, then consider these troubleshooting steps from Samsung Support:

  2. Update the TV system software, if available,
  3. Delete and reinstall the misbehaving app (if deletion is supported for that app),
