Incompatibility of the Apple TV Application with the SONY Television model KD32W800

I purchased a Sony TV model KD32W800. Unfortunately, the model in question is not compatible with the

APPLE TV application: for me that is incredible because the device was launched 3 years ago (in 2021). The application in question is not available on the Google Play store. I have already exhausted all possibilities through contacts made with Sony and Apple.

Sony categorically rejects any responsibility, because it says that only Apple can clarify the

requirements for use since the application is developed by this entity, without

any intervention or responsibility from SONY. He also mentions that there is an

Apple page where you can see which televisions are compatible with the app:

Apple TV app - Devices - Apple (EG)

The page in question does not accurately identify the region where this situation is valid. In any

case, the television KD32W800 is not displayed on this page.

When Apple was contacted, it said it has no interest in not making the application available,

on the contrary, it is interested in reaching as many customers as possible. It

also refers to a page: Apple TV app - Apple (PT) with the

compatibilities, but which concern (I realized later) the North American

region,

There is no doubt: there is a ping-pong of responsibilities here, that does nothing in my favor; I

subscribed to the streaming in question (APPLE TV) and now I can't use it,

which is a huge disappointment! When I bought the TV, it never occurred to me

that such a popular application wouldn't be compatible!

I ask the community : what is the possibility of using another tool that allows external use of APPLE

TV? For example, (this is a Android TV), will Google Cast technology be a

solution?

I would also like to know (although I recognize that the question is political), why is a given

recent TV model not compatible with the application? Truly why does this

happen? In the case of this TV, all applications run (Netflix, Max, , Disney,

Mubi, etc etc), certainly the technology will also allow Apple TV to run!! If

it doesn't run, it's because there is no interest... and certain features were

not incorporated.

Thanks…

I'm also not sure if the box works with this TV model. Does it work?

External streaming devices only require HDMI. If it has that, then it will work.

Aside from the Apple TV box, other third party streaming devices will also support the Apple TV app: Roku, Fire TV, PlayStation (4, 5), Xbox (One, One S, X, S), ‘Chromecast with Google TV’-dongle, Nvidia Shield TV box, or select TV provider boxes that support apps.

However, I can't access the app because the TV doesn't have the app in the store.
