I have a MacBook Air 2017 model and am having trouble getting my msn account emails. it keeps telling me that it is unable to verify user name or password. I have changed my password several times with the same result as well as shut down my computer and restarted.

In Mail remove the email account and then re-enter it and when setting it back use the Microsoft Exchange option.
