I locked my note and forgotten the password
i wrote some something on my note and put password on it and later I wanted to open it but I have forgotten the password. And I have even try to restart phone yet it’s still not working

Keep guessing the password. There isn't a limit to how many times you can try, but it can't be recovered or reset for existing notes.
