Keyboard and Keyboard Viewer Mismatch

Suddenly there's a mismatch between my built-in keyboard and the Keyboard Viewer.

The Input Source is set to Dutch (this Used to show NL in the menu bar but is now showing an "A").

This MacBook was bought in the Netherlands, so the keyboard itself should be Dutch as well...

On the keyboard the § key is changed to ` and vice versa.

The Keyboard Viewer show the correct keyboard layout, and if I type with the Keyboard Viewer, the correct symbols are typed.

Also, if I type on my keyboard, the correct keys light up in the Keyboard Viewer.

The same thing happens if I switch the Input Source to Unicode Hex or U.S., which has these two keys at the same position.

Sonoma 14.7

This is definitely a bug.
