Wallet and applepay do not work

-since march 2024 wallet does work, cannot add credit or bank cards, there is no + sign anylonger.

-no prior community answers or phone support resolve wallet issues.

Yes. ios is 11 and device is 11. App store says today this device and ios is functional with Wallet and Apple Pay.

Also, iCloud backup is supposed to work via mobile signal - always had - until MAR or JUN 2024. Same as Wallet & Pay issues.

Also, HOW did Apple know of Covid19 in 2019 when the pestilence was not named until May2020?

According to Wallet on App Store, all this should work.

It Appears roll out of the ‘new technology’ cards from banks and credit cards updated several months ago do correspond to Apple removing access to this Wallet app and Apple Pay utility.

Please follow the path I posted above. I need the information I shared with you in the screen shot above. What is the model number please. iOS 11.4.1 was released in 2017. iPhone 11 was released in 2019. Your iPhone can not run iOS 11.
