I forgot I changed my password done morning and went to go on my phone and kept getting it wrong. after awhile it just said d"iphone disabled" with no ther option but emergency. what do I do?
Earlier iPhone models
Once your phone is disabled, the ONLY way to get back in is to erase it using a computer (Windows or Mac), by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPhone passcode or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Hopefully, you routinely back up your iPhone? If you do, you can restore the latest backup after you get back in your phone. If you don't backup, your data will be gone.
Factory restore your device using iTunes on a Laptop or Finder on a Mac.
