iPhone 16 Pro, iOS 18
No such issue on my iPhone 16 Pro, so if it's a bug, it's not a universal one. Forgive what may be a dumb question in my part, but have you tried restarting your iPhone? And have you confirmed that the region is still set to the US?

What do you have on the list at settings / general / keyboard / keyboards and also at settings / general / language & region / preferred languages ?
Not a dumb one because I have not. That being said - it happened straight after the update while I have trying to enable my App Int language. I shouldn’t have to reboot my phone.
Sorry, but what do you mean by "while I have trying to enable my App Int language"? What it is you're trying to do when this change occurs?
I needed to change my Apple Intelligence language, and when I wanted to switch it back to the standard / default language - It was switching between two languages on its own.
Have you gotten an update on this? My language keeps changing from English (us) to English (uk), therefore turning off my Apple intelligence since it is only available in English (us) at the moment.
