Apple Notes disappeared (05 Nov 2024)

I recently accepted the latest Apple T&Cs, after which, all my Notes disappeared.

I’d be surprised if they were linked, but nothing else had changed (no deletions/sign ins etc).

Any ideas?

Since then some older ones have returned, but none linked to the cloud.
