I can't place my icons on the right corner side of the desktop, after removed some widgets, located over there. The area stays empty and my icons are not giving me the chance to place them there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_SADs-iiw4A

Restart and try again.
If that doesn't help, startup in Safe Mode followed by a normal restart and try again.
Try and restart your mac after the deletion of the widgets to see if the issues persist
