Drives into appearing in Finder window

Hi

I had a problem that began months ago, where some usb drives wouldn't appear in a Finder window's sidebar list of drives.

Last night, other drives, USB and SSD have stopped appearing in the sidebar but still appear in a content column—see attached pic.

Only the drive "Films 9a" appears in the side bar, while the drives "Films 9a" and "Films 9b" appear in the content column.

Any ideas?? I guess Sonoma could be a problem, but the Mac mini has been quirky for the moment I got it.

Thank you for the screenshot.

Seeing these Drives:

Boot into Recovery Mode(Intel or Silicon). See if these are seen in Disk Utility. If so, see if you need to these, by selecting them, and then clicking the Mount button.

Single-Out the User:

Create a termproray Administration user, for troubleshooting purposes. See if it is then seen. IF so, then it is an issue with your current user. If not, then it is an issue with the entire macOS.
