Extremely weird problem with Thunderbolt Ports on 2019 iMac

I have a 2019 iMac with two Thunderbolt Ports. 27 Inch. The iMac runs Sonoma and also has Windows 11 23H2 Build. In my MacOS, I connect a 4K Samsung M7 Monitor to Thunderbolt using a Belkin Thunderbolt Cable, the ports work fine with all the features like Playback through Monitor Speakers or speakers that are connected to Monitor through HDMI Arc.

Now if I go into Windows 11, one of the Ports does work in Extending the Display but does not recognize the Monitor Speakers output or the output through speakers connected to Monitor.

The Port that is closer to the stand works with both display and recognizing the audio output option through Monitor but not the second port.

Now I do have 2017 iMac as well. 27inch. This problem never occurred on that.

Any idea how I can sort this?

Can that happen with just one port? I tried updating the drivers but with bootcamp you know we just let the Windows browse the Windows Drivers from the Apple and install.

I have tried all the settings. My question is are the two ports identical or is there a difference? I am pretty sure there's no hardware issue.

(I should have replied to you, I replied to myself, cant believe I still make that mistake after decades of using computer)
