Can rubber tip in Apple Pencil be used for pencil drawing tip?

I have a 9th gen Apple Pencil. I do not use writing/drawing tip at all, only rubber top to navigate on my iPad. Is there a similar rubber pencil tip to take the place of pencil drawing tip? I only use pencil for stylus and wanted to have 2 ends of pencil for stylus use.

Sorry, not possible. Your Apple Pencil is "active" - in that the Pencil tip itself must be in very close proximity to the screen to interact with it. The other end of the Pencil, whether you add a rubber cap or not, will not be detected by your iPad.

You might consider using a basic passive (i.e., capacitive) stylus with your iPad instead of the Pencil - as this type of stylus is detected in exactly the same way as your fingertip. Basic passive stylii (with a synthetic-rubber tip) are easily obtained from many sources such as Amazon and eBay.
