Turn On "Prevent automatic sleeping when display is off"
Set "Turn display off when inactive" to 5 or 10 minutes
Then leave the Mac On with display Off and/or shut down for longer periods of non-use.

I tried, but it didn't help. Still with the discovery there is a message:
panic(cpu 1 caller 0xfffffe003955396c): "AppleT8122DPTXPort(dptx-phy)::deactivateTimeoutOccurred(0x100000489): deactivate() incomplete 10 seconds after displayRelease()! (check DCPEXT)\n"
Can you connect the display using a different connection? If you are using USB-C, then try HDMI or DVI, or vice versa.
You can also try disconnecting this display & using a different display to see if that changes anything.
Make sure the display cable & any adapters are sufficient to handle the size of the display & its refresh rate. If you are using a hub or dock, then try disconnecting the hub/dock and connecting the display directly to the computer.
Disconnect all other devices just in case one of them is causing a problem or compatibility issue with the display....even if they are connected using different ports.
Do you have any other device connected which has a video port or supports a video/display protocol....even if nothing is currently connected to take advantage of the feature?
FYI, the panic is mentioning Display Port (the DP part of AppleT8122DPTXport(dptx-phy) ).
I have a Samsung QE55QN90B TV which I use as a monitor. I don't have the opportunity to try another monitor.
I haven't investigated where the fault might be and apparently there is a problem with the HDMI CEC support on the TV, but it is strange that the system kernel crashes because of this.
It would be good if one could turn off CEC support on the Mac mini.
I have the cable with support up to 8K and tested on other devices.
Is there any way to report this error directly to Apple?

There's a new fault.

Using another video port on the TV would likely solve your problem.

I've tried, but the behavior is the same.
That last panic is probably still related since it is once more referencing the display (AppleMobileDisp) & DCP which is likely Display Co-Processor.
I sent my Mac mini in for warranty. It seems to be really defective.
