Can you connect the display using a different connection? If you are using USB-C, then try HDMI or DVI, or vice versa.
You can also try disconnecting this display & using a different display to see if that changes anything.
Make sure the display cable & any adapters are sufficient to handle the size of the display & its refresh rate. If you are using a hub or dock, then try disconnecting the hub/dock and connecting the display directly to the computer.
Disconnect all other devices just in case one of them is causing a problem or compatibility issue with the display....even if they are connected using different ports.
Do you have any other device connected which has a video port or supports a video/display protocol....even if nothing is currently connected to take advantage of the feature?
FYI, the panic is mentioning Display Port (the DP part of AppleT8122DPTXport(dptx-phy) ).
