What causes audio tearing in Apple Chip Headphones?

For about 2 months now, beats studio buds + has been experiencing audio tearing on the iphone it is connected to, it does this on both Apple Music and YouTube. The same audio tearing is also happening on airpods pro 2. I think it's a general problem with its own chip. I've heard the same problem from a few people. This problem does not occur on other brand devices. Apple definitely needs to release a new firmware urgently. The devices experiencing the problem are iphone15 Pro Max, iphone 16 Pro, iphone 13 Pro..
