On average, Battery Health will decline about 1% for every 25 charge cycles, or in normal use about 1% per month. So your battery health indication is a bit lower than average but not at all unusual. And battery health is not linear; it doesn't change on an even scale. It may stabilize, or even come back a bit, as the system constantly tries to estimate the battery state.
So no, I see no reason to worry.
