Apple intelligence not working on my iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18

Let’s address this waiting list (which has caused tremendous confusion among many users).

There have been many discussions here in the community on this very subject.

Some users have suggested setting the region to the United States and the language to English U.S.

What has worked for me?

First and foremost, you must establish your connection to a WiFi network 🛜, not simply a mobile hotspot.

If Apple Intelligence is stuck on your iPhone:

1. Open Settings ➢ General ➢ iPhone Storage.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap ⚙️ iOS.
3. Apple Intelligence should be fully downloaded if it reads: 2.56 GB.
4. Once this occurs, go directly to Settings ➢ Apple Intelligence & Siri and you should find the prompt or switch to toggle on Apple Intelligence.

This waiting list seems to be getting longer, as more users are upgrading.

Yeah, EU is European Union.

He is talking about iPhone.

At this time Apple Intelligence is available on macOS Sequoia 15.1 and higher with Apple Silicon.

For iPhone, Apple Intelligence will be available in the EU with iOS 18.4 and available only on iPhone 15 Pro, 16 and 16 Pro.

Apple Intelligence is not available in EU.

If you're not, make sure you have your phone language set to English (USA).

I suppose that by EU you mean European Union.

I am in the EU (Portugal), my macOS is set to US English, and I do have Apple Intelligence.

I don't know if there are restrictions on the iPhone, but on the Mac it is working fine.
