Refund request for unauthorised purchase

I have discovered hundreds of dollars withdrawal from my bank account bu apple. When I looked into it, I found out that the game that my son was playing which is labelled as “free” withdrew this amount without my permission. I wonder how it is possible to charge 9 year old boy without the parent’s permission. This looks like more fraud than a normal purchase. I asked for refund twice and it wasn’t met. So isn’t it a legal robbery by Apple?

No, if your son had access to your Apple Account, Apple Wallet or Apple Pay. It was authorized by the account owner (you). When you entered your Face ID or passcode you authorized the services on your device. Don’t give someone access to your devices if you don’t want them to have access to the services you signed up for and agreed to their terms and conditions.
