App Store Robbed me of 128$

I downloaded a sports betting app that has a 3 day try free promotion on the second day the app withdrew 128$ from my bank account i requested a refund and canceled the subscription, Apple denied my refund , i then explained what happened to overturn the denial for refund and they STILL said I wasn’t owed a refund so now im just out of 128$ for an app I never even used , I trusted Apple up until now , taking all of my payment info down and switching to android this is unacceptable, beware about promotions and allowing Apple to make decisions with your money this is not right , 128$ today is alot and it’s just gone ,
