The USB hub on my iPad suddenly stopped working. I have to restart the iPad for it to work again. My MIDI keyboard also can’t be detected. I’m using an iPad Pro 11 with iOS 18.

Have you considered that your USB Hub might itself have a fault? Also consider that your hub is receiving adequate power from a connected Power Adapter.
I tried it on other device and it's working. I suspect that this is a bug from the latest update.
