Recovering Deleted Note Content

I was updating a Note on my iPhone 15 Pro when apparently I touched something near the bottom of the screen. The content of the multi-page note disappeared and was replaced by a capital Y in bold. The note is still there, but the content is gone. I've looked at several videos and instructions here, but nothing has helped because there is no "Recently Deleted" folder in my Notes app. I've tried on my iphone, my laptop and on iCloud.com. I've rebooted the iPhone. My iphone is synced with iCloud, so the material was deleted from iCloud when it was deleted from the phone. It was an important note with medical history information. I'm hoping someone can help.
