My early 2015 MacBook Pro 13” Retina display screen needs fixed/replaced

The display screen on my early 2015 MacBook Pro 13" Retina has stopped working. I have taken it to my closest Apple Store but they tell me they no longer provide service repair for old models. They have advised that I look at independent repair providers. I have contacted one in Belfast but again, they tell me they are not able to provide service repair for this model. Can anybody recommend any service repair company I can approach? I will very likely have to ship the laptop as I am based in Northern Ireland and have not been able to find any providers here that can help. It is definitely a display issue as guy at Apple Store was able to connect the laptop to a monitor and it is working perfectly fine.
