You need to do what it says, contact Apple Support. This isn't Apple Support, if you were thinking it was. We are all just fellow users here and have no access to your account to know what might be amiss. You can find contact information for Apple Support for your country here:

iPhone 6 Not Working:
How exactly is it "not working"? are you stuck at a screen? Can you provide a photo or a screenshot of this? Is your iPhone locked? Does it keep restarting? If it keeps restarting, then it may be stuck in a boot loop. Use my User Tip that: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
