You had a previous purchase/subscription that did not get processed due to a failure in the payment processing. You still got the purchase/subscription and you still need to pay for it. If you used a free trial, they will always become a subscription if you do not cancel the trial at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Simply ignoring it or not using it does not make it magically go away. The free trial/subscription is a legal contract to pay for the service until you cancel.
