All my files in my iCloud come with this error code (across devices): NSFileProviderInternalErrorDomain error 12

Have had no troubles with my iCloud drive up until today. Now I keep getting the same error message and can't open ANYTHING from m iCloud drive. Needles to say, this is stressing me out as there really things I can't access that I need to.

Same issue on iOS. Can't load iCloud Drive and the files in the cloud can't be downloaded.
