I can’t sign in to my laptop because k & l have stopped working.
My Apple ID and password use one of these letters, so I can’t use Apple ID to change the password.
is there another way? My MacBook Pro is old 2012 but I need to access the files!!
Thank you for your help and suggestions guys. The simpler solution of adding an external keyboard worked a treat! I didn’t need to try the fix - but thanks for the suggestion.
