No Help From Apple Business Connect. My Business is still (in Review process)

I have been waiting 8 months for Apple Business Connect to verify my new healthcare clinic. It is absolutely ridiculous why apple does not have a support hotline or a way to contact someone at Apple to solve issues like this. Does anyone have an email or a direct phone number to apple business connect?

I have searched the whole internet for this number but have been unsuccessful.
