Supporting plan cheating and loss confidence on apple service

I bought a Mac book 17/2/2022. The sales persuaded us to buy the plan by saying that we can change the battery even though there is no damage.

Eventually today 28/12/2024 when we go to the ifc shop asking for replacement battery, the reply is NO.

We find that the term requires battery efficiency down to certain point, which the salesman didn’t mention.

Anyway though it’s our responsibility to check the term, it cannot wash away our feelings of being cheated!

From now on , we don’t have confidence on any support plans and determine don’t buy such services anymore!

Whose sales?

Doesn't really matter though, you were misinformed. If anyone could request a new battery at any time then Apple would have literally millions of people requesting a new Mac battery every single day. Under no circumstances will Apple agree to replace a battery until its full charge capacity reaches 80% or lower. None.

Someone is being dishonest here.

I do not know what an ifc shop is.
