Window management sequoia 15.2 - poor sizing

I'm finding it mildly irritating that it's started to become difficult to get windows to fit properly on the screen.

Even in full screen mode, often the bottom or side of a window is cut off. So filling in a form can be difficult, because the 'post' button in below the screen.

It's possible to fix it by zooming out, or getting the screen to jump by putting the mouse at the side or bottom.

There used to be an option, in the 'View' menu, to 'Fit to screen', which worked well when it went wrong like this, but it doesn't seem to be there any more, not even with 'option' selected.

Before Seqoia this all worked seamlessly. What's gone wrong?

FWIW, "Fit to screen" is now simply called "Fill" in the Window menu. You can also press Control+Globe+F
