What is wifip2pd and why is it running on the activity monitor?

I tried searching through all possible sources, and it says this is not a native macOS or Unix process and is somehow related to an Android device. I don’t have any connections with Android devices at all, and the process doesn’t consume much memory either. But is it normal to have it?

Windows, Windows 6
