How to get your Phone unlocked

Just on to Apple here in Canada for over 1 hour, IPhone 15 Pro Voice Over got turned on and I got locked out of the phone, the voice over was turned on on my Phone and iPad Pro but iPad you could turn it off but not the phone and I don’t know how it got turned on.

The guy at Apple Syed was over the top he solved my problem that wasn’t easily done because it wouldn’t take my password and you couldn’t even power it off except for the screen on all controllers were lost.

If you have a problem like this I suggest you call Apple because I taught the guy would give up on me but he was Awesome he stayed with me and made sure everything was ok before he finished Apple he is Awesome.

I couldn’t even tell you how many times the guy went through the procedure with me to get into the phone he had me give him control of the iPad so he could see the phone and keep telling me what to do and when he got me in he took over my phone and checked all settings, Apple if you read this you have one Awesome employee there. Thank You Mr Syed.

Hold the Side button and say “turn off voiceover”, or tap twice anywhere you would otherwise tap once. For example, for your passcode just tap each digit twice.

If it was on it was because you turned it on. It doesn’t turn on by itself.
