I just deleted the tik tok app because everyone’s started working again and was going to redownload it and it won’t show up on the Apple Store to redownload even though I have a tik tok account

About availability of TikTok and ByteDance Ltd. apps in the United States
TikTok and ByteDance Ltd. apps are no longer available in the United States, and visitors to the United States may have limited access to features.
Apple is obliged to follow the laws in the jurisdictions where it operates. Pursuant to the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, apps developed by ByteDance Ltd. and its subsidiaries — including TikTok, CapCut, Lemon8, and others — will no longer be available for download or updates on the App Store for users in the United States starting January 19, 2025.
The following are some of the apps developed by ByteDance Ltd. and its subsidiaries that are affected:
TikTok
TikTok Studio
TikTok Shop Seller Center
CapCut
Lemon 8
Hypic
Lark - Team Collaboration
Lark - Rooms Display
Lark Rooms Controller
Gauth: AI Study Companion
MARVEL SNAP
If you live in the United States
If you already have these apps installed on your device, they will remain on your device. But they can't be redownloaded if deleted or restored if you move to a new device. In-App-Käufe und neue Abonnements sind nicht mehr möglich.
Users in the United States won't receive updates for these apps, which could potentially impact performance, security, and compatibility with future versions of iOS and iPadOS, and some app functions might become limited or stop working since the app can't receive updates.
If you're visiting the United States
ByteDance's apps remain available for download in all other countries and regions where they are available.
Users visiting from outside the United States with their Apple Account set to a country or region that is not the United States are unable to download, update or make in-app purchases and new subscriptions inside ByteDance Ltd. apps while within the land or maritime borders of the United States.
After leaving the United States, you'll have access to all functionality.
Get help with ByteDance Ltd. apps in the United States
If you already have a subscription to TikTok, CapCut, or another ByteDance Ltd. app, you can still cancel your subscription.

same here. cause half my friends deleted their TikTok’s but the next day after the 19th some of them go theirs back and I went on App Store to check if I had but apparently I don’t so I want my TikTok back and my CapCut

They are just trolling you. It is not possible to install any app on your iPhone from a website. That would be a great way to install nefarious programs that you have no idea what they are doing or the personal information they are gathering from your device.
I deleted TikTok once I heard that it would be banned because I thought it would be it then it was announced that TikTok had been USA-banned so I went to the App Store and I couldn’t find the app to put TikTok back in the App Store for the people who deleted it since it is now unbanned

You should know better than believing you could go to a website and download an app on your iPhone. That person was simply trolling you. That is also why you do not have to worry about downloading viruses from nefarious websites and installing them on your phone. Be careful, as that would make you a perfect target for a phishing attempt, and you would have much bigger problems if they were able to get your password. They could easily lock you out of your own device.

All you can do now is use the web version of TikTok. Congress has NOT removed the fines imposed on Apple and Google if they allow the app to be distributed in the App Store. And the Supreme Court has not ruled on whether an Executive Order can eliminate those fines.

how do I get the app back? I’ve tried everything. I tried all the hacks. I’ve done everything that everybody saying to do on TikTok and it’s not working how to get TikTok back and I need it back because I’m about to start crying and I really want it back

You don't. Find something else to do with your time. I recommend reading a book. Reading is a very valuable skill and one lots of people don't keep up with these days. Reading would have let you know why you can't download TikTok.

It is very simple, you don't. Apple did not remove the app from your device, so why did you delete it in the first place? It must not have been a concern at that time. There are no hacks that are going to help and as you have found out, TikTok is not a source of accurate information, which is why those have failed. It did increase their views and promoted their post, which is actually what they were attempting to do. Be careful with anything that someone tells you to do, as you would likely fall victim of a phishing attack. They can completely lock you out of your device if you inadvertently provide you Apple ID/Password while thinking you are going to get the app back.

After reading the posts here, you still don't have the answer to that question? That would be surprising, but if you do not want to bother doing that, refer to the section on the top of this page titled "Did you know?".
It might be fun to start on page 1 here to read the posts, it would be entertaining and informative at the same time.
I deleted Tik Tok once it was canceled, thinking it was some failure, I deleted it and wanted to install it again, but when I looked for it in the App Store, it was no longer available in the region and I can no longer install it again.
