Unable to reinstall TikTok app after deletion

Users who didn’t delete it can still use it.

Have you been in touch with your Congressional Representatives and do you know how they voted for the law that placed fines on both Google and Apple for allowing any downloads? If not it is a good time to get involved in Government as they voted to protect your personal information and that does not seem to be a concern for you.

Tiktok isnt fully "unbanned" The people that kept tiktok on their phone are able to use it. If it was deleted tiktok is not in the app store play store etc. If u deleted tiktok it cant be downloaded. Although president trump is working on restoring tiktok in the app store and play store once he takes office. Im not sure if he has taken office yet or if he is still working on getting tiktok back in the app store

I’m in the same predicament whereas I cannot get the TikTok app back on my phone after I deleted it during the ban. I found out I had not created a password for my TikTok & was logging in through one of my emails. Even though I now created a specific password for TikTok, my phone is still saying it cannot download it, & that it’s not available. I had just started to go live there & have at least 300 videos & a network media contract I signed with. So I’ve been pretty bummed out that I can only view my channel as an outsider now. 😞

We should have been told don't worry about being banned and do not delete this app or it won't come back! now I have my 30k followers and got to that number for no reason. I'm truly upset Please make the app come back to App stores ASAP!

I deleted TikTok to reset it when it started to work again and now obviously it’s not on the App Store so now I don’t have it and idk if there is a way to get it back but if there’s a way please tell me cause low key can NOT live without it

Hello~ There are plenty of great things to do instead of TikTok. Perhaps looking in other interests will be a great thing for you. I’ll bet you’re good at lots of things…check out other ways to spend your time. Feeling down about it won’t bring it back any faster.

Some Kid asked to use my phone to text his mom and then he started smiling so I took my phone back because i didn’t think he actually was. When I took my phone back i realized he deleted TikTok. I thought the US got TikTok unbanned so I went to redownload it and it wasn’t there.

Tik tok is banned. That has not changed.

If you are in the U.S., you don't get the app back.

This is the most unhelpful comment ever made, people are speculating for a reason and app that was supposed to be banned just became accessible after everyone deleted it and now can’t get back on it. Speculation is only natural, if asking for help and understanding what’s going on and trying to give insight isn’t what this forum is for than I don’t know why it exists.
