I just deleted the tik tok app because everyone’s started working again and was going to redownload it and it won’t show up on the Apple Store to redownload even though I have a tik tok account

I deleted TikTok once I heard that it would be banned because I thought it would be it then it was announced that TikTok had been UN-banned so I went to the App Store and I couldn’t find the app to put TikTok back in the App Store for the people who deleted it since it is now unbanned

I got around this randomly yesterday messing around with a few different ways to get TikTok to download back on my phone AND show up in the App Store again. Listen up one of these ways did the trick okay.. first off I changed my entire phone location in every way I could find in settings and also the App Store to make it look like I was in Canada and then I got a free vpn and made that say I was in Canada too. Then after resetting my network and most of the related things in settings to trick the phone into believing that I was in Canada (was annoying but only way to see it show up in the store so it is what it is ) I went to Reddit and google and searched for the info below and one I found a site to get the app download file it sent me back to my apple App Store app on my phone which I then went and clicked the creators name on the apps page in the store and for some reason it shows the app twice but the other one claims it’s for our iMessages so I just clicked that one and then suddenly I was allowed to download TikTok once again and now I have it no problems. Idk which did it but it worked out for me one way or the other so I guess I got what I wanted regardless haha hope u do too remember if u think ur being too cautious YOUR NOT the phone has to fully believe you are not in the USA or it probably isn’t gonna budge good luck guys lmk what happens :)

Go on Google and search for TikTok older version and download the iOS file from one of the numerous sites that have it. Make sure it’s the file from December 2024 as that is the 2nd most recent update. It won’t be the newest version, but it will still get the app back onto your phone. This works for any phone, not just iPhone.
