Report of stolen apple computer
Dear Apple Support Team,
I am writing to you as my Apple computer (Model: Macbook Pro M3, Serial Number: FNWNW****) has been stolen. The theft occurred on 19 January 2025, and I would like to request your assistance in securing my device.
Could you please help me locking or disabling the device remotely, if possible.
I had intended to sell the device and purchase a new one. After receiving the pay slip I logged out of my apple account and I sent the computer.
However it soon became clear that the payment slip was fake and no money was deposited into my account.
I have already reported the accident to the police. Please help me lock the computer if it is possible. I can provide all the information when and where i purchased the laptop and all needed information.
