My colleague had enrolled MFi program.
When I try to enroll MFi program again, it ask me to check with my colleague.
Does it mean my colleague could grant my account to access MFi resource?
Or should I use my colleague's Apple ID to access MFi resource?

Am no expert in this area, yet your request to the community deserves some response.
As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in the community ... Apple is not here to answer your Mfi enroll questions.
Sorry I do do not know enough to advise you. Eg: The company your colleague works for may have the actual enrollment, or not. Eg: Your colleague would likely know the procedure for you to join in the company's enrollment.
or
You may be wanting to enroll in the program for yourself, we do not know.
