I have an iPhone 6s and get message every day saying i have to consent to Apple’s new iCloud agreement. I try each time I get a spinning rotor that just goes and goes endlessly. Suggestions?

Do you have a newer apple device try to approve it on there. Or sign into icloud.com in a browser on a computer.
The only official Apple advice is to update your iphone to latest iOS which cannot be done on older device.
