Why does my Mac automatically boot when in shutdown state with DJI action 5 attached?

Details:

• DJI Action 5 Pro via the bundled USB-C cable
• The issue didn’t occur on an Intel CPU Mac.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Plug DJI Action 5 Pro via the bundled USB-C cable
2. Make sure the camera is charging
3. Shut down the Mac
4. Wait and observe the Mac

Question:

• Does all USB-C cables support a PD protocol?
• Does the camera charge via the bundled USB-C cable the Mac in shutdown state, which may cause my Mac to boot up?
