How can I access my WhatsApp backup from iCloud?
I have what up backup at my icloud and I reinstall the app but don’t get the backup ?!

If you manually backed up messages in the Whatsapp app settings, then you should delete the Whatsapp app, restart the phone, then re-install it. You will be invited to reinstate the backup at that point provided that you backed it up properly and if you have the same phone number.
It all depends on when and how you backed it up.
It isn't in the regular phone backup.
