You don't. If you don't like it, don't use it. If people send you audio messages, delete them and let them know you don't listen to them.

As we've both said, you can't remove that feature. It's part of the operating system.

When you are done sending a message, either return to the main Messages screen or lock the phone screen. Or both. Either of these will prevent you from accidentally recording something. If you see that you have accidentally recorded something, don't press the send button.

What "audio messaging" feature are you referring to? If you mean in Apple's Messages app, I don't know of any way to permanently disable it. Just don't use it.
