How can I locate and manage two Download Folders on Find My?

I seem to have two download folders. One says it's in iCloud, the other I don't know where. But neither are on my finder although 'downloads' is checked. One folder is up to date, the other stops in October 24. Where are they and how do I get one back in my finder?

The Downloads folder that lives on the Mac can be found in your Home folder.

Click Finder, then in the menu bar click Go > Home (or press shift-command-H).

A new Finder window will open and you should find the Downloads folder there.

If the Downloads folder has been removed from the Dock, you can drag the folder from the Finder window back onto the Dock in the area to the right of the separating bar.

If you are backing up to iCloud and do not see it in the Finder

move your mouse to the right side to reveal the caret, click it to spin it open

Look in Finder >Settings for iCloud Drive if necessary...

You can remove it from the sidebar if corrupt, then add it back in.
