‘Purchased’ but never get downloaded

I just left my iphone 8 plus for an iphone 11, as I download all apps. I previously utilized on my 8 plus, I encountered my first ultimate challenge; to download ‘grab’ apps.

I havent been able to download that apps, the best and furthest I could get was changing the ‘get’ icon to ‘purchased’ other than that, the icon ‘get’ just kept reappearing instead of a circle that letting me know it’s downloading. Help me pls
