Missing purchased song from iTunes store into my Music Library

Hello, I am running a MacOS Monterey iMac and an Iphone 13 pro max.

A couple of days ago, I purchased a song on iTunes store and it shows "purchased".

However, it does not show up in my Music library on my iPhone or iMac.

The charges for the song have definitely gone through on my account.

Kindly appreciate your help in how I can "recover the song" to my library,
