I have a MacBook with Ventura 13.7.2. I got a msg that the health of my battery is deteriorating (don't know how to get this msg to show again). I followed the directions to check on the health of my battery (settings, battery) but all it tells me is my battery usage and history. It does not tell me status of my battery's health. How can I see this?

Its maximum full charge capacity can be found in the System Information app.
perform offline diagnosis and it will shows the system report.
if you are unable to perform this contact any Apple service center for diagnose and they will let you know the condition of the battery along with full system diagnostics.

If the message appeared only once the battery may be ok for a while longer.
Good info. I still don't know how to check on the health of my battery to know the capacity. A 100% charge of a new battery is not the same as a 100% charge of my 7 yr old battery.
